Role Description:

Responsible for managing the global Shared Services for a leading service company with a span of 300+. This role will involve liasioning between onshore (cliet) and offshore (delivery team) operations .This role will be part of the Shared Services management team and point of contact for service delivery with defined service levels, budget with P&L accountability, solution design and effective transition of new activities, ongoing improvement initiatives and effective people management.

Profile / Preferred Background:

- Extensive experience in multiple work stream and multi geography shared services domain (Travel, F&A)

- Proven experience working in a senior management position and delivering global Service with detailed understanding of global requirements

- Leading and managing a complex work group of about 150+ people.

- Proven track record in managing large teams and improvement

- Desired - Experience and familiar working with SAP

- Proven record of bringing in inefficiencies using Lean / Six Sigma and Automation initiatives
