Minimum 20 years post graduate experience in any medical speciality with a proven clinical expertise in the speciality.
Degree in Hospital Administration will be preferred.
Responsibilities : Objective: Ensure safe and adequate medical treatment to all patients.
1.Improve Healthcare services for employees of the organization and Urban community.
Develop and maintain an efficient system of comprehensive emergency management
Focused management of sepsis
Improve infection control practices
Ensure compliance to NABL/NABH and ISO standards
Augmentation of medical facilities/infrastructure to meet raised satisfaction level
Take up projects to decongest the hospital.
Review score cards of HODs
2.Develop social infrastructure in RM and green field locations
Pursue hospital projects at different locations.
Support health care through medical camps, outreach and awareness programs
Ensure specialists visits plan to RM locations.
3.Ensure safe and healthy work environment in medical services
Ensure awareness on infection control practices
Ensure improvement in health index
Strengthen security system
Implementation of fire safety measures
Preparedness for disaster management system
4.To make the hospital self sustainable
Improve productivity of all departments by focusing on revenue generation through indoor admissions, outdoor and diagnostic services
Strengthen the brand by initiating marketing initiatives
Identifying areas to reduce referral costs
