Well Established Listed Real Estate Company based in Bangalore  Position : General Manager - Marketing   Reporting : VP – Sales & Marketing   Brief Responsibility:   - Corporate and project level branding and promotions including media planning, media buying, annual deals, creative content development for all media in-house and with external creative agencies and representation on behalf of the brand.   - Coordination and monitoring of organizational initiatives, such as national sales drives, setting up of key processes such as call center, SAP processes for lead management and stock management etc.   - Product planning and development, from conceptualization stage till launch, sales and hand over for execution/ CRM. Includes detailing of commercial aspects and documentation, product proposition and positioning, collateral development and stock management and release strategy.   - Responsible for direct sales through digital marketing   - To create innovative marketing strategies that will build their brand, leading to increased awareness, fundraising revenue, relevance and respect among our target audience   - Pioneer and implement measurable strategies that will drive hard revenue goals and increase awareness at the national and global levels   - Develop a marketing plan that reaches target segments quickly and effectively.   - Make master plan for rolling out the new products into market based on market analysis   - Lead a team of operations and sales executives to achieve the target in line with the company goals   - Prepare weekly and monthly report on sales and report P&L for this segment   - Mastermind and execute innovative stakeholder communications strategies   - Aligning the organization internally around the brand and marketing objectives.   - Strategize, Develop and Implement overall marketing strategy   CTC: Rs 25- 30 L
