This is about a GM-Marketing role at a corporate level, who will be responsible for formulating and implementing end to end marketing strategy (including brand strategy, communication and channel strategy, activation and sales) and lead execution of marketing plans. Will be responsible for the growth and image of the brand, building market share and revenue generation. FMCG, Internet / E-commerce companies, Tech Startups experience is a mandate .   - Education: Incumbent should be from premium institutes like IIM, Mudra Communications, NIMHANS, NMIMS, ISB, Symbiosis, etc.  - Experience: 8-10 years- of total experience in Marketing / Brand Management. Of this total 8-10 years of experience, should have at least 5-6 years of core marketing and branding experience (which can be supplemented by 2-3 years of experience of area sales / channel management)  FMCG, Internet / E-commerce companies, Tech Startups experience is a mandate   Should have New brand launch experience / New product or service line launch experience   Should have worked with or handled - ATL / BTL / Digital marketing agencies directly and have relationships with this ecosystem
