General Manager - Marketing - FMCG (12-15 yrs)

THIS POSITION IS FOR WOMEN HYGIENE PRODUCT.

This position of GM - Marketing is for our Rs.1900 Crores FMCG Client, Who are Poised to Launch New Products Soon. One New product of Our Client had acquired Women Hygiene company Recently .They are into HairCare/Skincare

Candidates Requirement:

To be considered for this position you will currently from a Reputed hardcore FMCG company with Min 12-15 Years of Experience, currently in GM/DGM position working in a Marketing Management position within an FMCG or branded consumer product environment

Reporting Directly to the Group CEO - Director. This position will lead the strategy development and execution of Products Range.

- This role will contribute to driving and shaping the short and long term brand and innovation strategy. This will include developing and implementing positioning strategy, communications strategy and innovation - filling the innovation pipeline by driving ideation, conceptualization and activation in market of approved innovation.

- The GM Marketing will work closely with both internal teams and external agencies in the areas of product development, BTL/ATL activity, advertising / communication development, media planning and research.

You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following:

- PG/Diploma Degree qualifications in marketing from a Good B-School

- Significant Hardcore FMCG or brand consumer goods experience working within a large organizations;

- Strong brand management experience including developing ATL/BTL communications and /or successful innovation

- Proven project management experience with strong commercial acumen

- Solid exposure to managing budgets and P&L's

- A strong understanding of sales and Trade marketing

- The passion and tenacity to drive genuine business growth for this key focus area of the business.
