GM - Marketing  Role dimensions :   - The GM- Marketing will provide operational direction and leadership to the entire marketing team comprising of vertical heads and their respective team.  - Developing marketing strategy covering Brand building, Communication & Promotion for FORCE commercial vehicles (LCV, MUV, Cargo), Tractors & Personal vehicles ( Gurkha ) and also for Mother brand Force.   - Closely work and guide the respective ad agencies to design communication strategy & promotional material.  - Innovate, implement, & monitor execution of ATL & BTL activities to generate business, covering each channel of business namely, counter, outdoor, reference and data bank.  - Develop Digital marketing communication,as a new initiative. Also be responsible for continuously enhancing level of communication thru Force web site  - Marketing budget planning & control suiting to business needs in most cost effective manner.   - Guide the team to develop effective sales tools like Flip charts, Brouchers, sales AVs in line with product/sales strategy.   - Develop PR strategy covering all possible mediums.   - The candidate will also extensively work with and align with peer functions such as Sales, Service & Product planning functions to align with overall strategy of the organization.  Reporting Relationship :  - The position reports to the President - Sales, Marketing and After-Sales. The position will have vertical marketing head for each division and their team reporting in.
