Ideal Candidate Profile :

Essential :

- Has lead manufacturing operations of electronics/electro-mechanical hardware products.

- Has managed a manufacturing team of 100+ individuals.

- Has lead a team of first-line managers.

- Has been a part of setup of new manufacturing facilities or scale-up of existing manufacturing setups.

- Has setup a network of world class manufacturing vendors for both electronics and mechanical manufacturing requirements.

- Has strong technical background to troubleshoot technical problems in manufacturing.

- Has worked with a known global or Indian company known for manufacturing great quality products.

Desirable and optional :

- Has worked in organizations specializing in manufacturing high performance mobile phones, tablets, laptops and digital cameras or has been a part of drone manufacturing industry.
