General Manager - Learning & Development - Management Consulting Firm (10-17 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Creating robust internal pipeline by providing cutting edge research insights and relevant design inputs, establishing standards of learning events
- Collaborate with the Businesses and the various stakeholders to develop appropriate learning solutions/learning products/interventions to effectively address same
- Designing and delivering world class innovative learning events /products on a sustainable basis
- Identify, develop and introduce new training methodologies and leverage on technology to enhance training effectiveness and value for the learners.
- Implementing post-learning measures for appropriately learning events/products thus ensuring that the learning happening in the context of work.
- Be aware of the latest trends in the area of leadership development and determine how those practices can be adapted / modified
- Regularly track and monitor the implementation plan, provide continuous feedback / support
