General Manager - IT Service Delivery Excellence & Balanced Scorecard

Position : GM-IT Service Delivery Excellence & Balanced Scorecard (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role :

- Create, roll out and manage balanced scorecard for the entire organization

- Conduct standardization and process assessments for various Business Units to identify improvement roadmap and transition plans

- Define, deploy and improve IT and Business Processes

- Manage Internal Quality Audits

- Design, Develop & Manage various surveys related to Global Delivery and Customer Satisfaction

- This position reports into the Quality Assurance Head

Requirements :

- 12-16 yrs of experience in Service Delivery Excellence/ Balanced Scorecard Implementation/ PMO in an IT Company

- Prior experience of implementing Balanced Scorecard

- Prior experience of handling PMO function

- Experience in Program Management

- Good Leadership Skills

- High degree of Collaboration and Stakeholder Management skills

- Good Communication skills

Location : Pune
