General Manager - IT - NBFC

We have urgent openings for a leadership assignment with the leading NBFC based out of Kerala for the role of General Manager - IT.

Job Location - Thrissur, Kerala

Job Description -

- Strategic Planning for IT Infrastructure & Software, hardware, networking requirements & other new age solutions as per Business needs.

- Manage support infrastructure and processes.

- Should be capable of understanding the IT needs of an organization and devising long term plans to meet the business objectives.

- Understand business needs and implement business applications with supporting infrastructure and processes.

- Should have experience in managing contracts and dealing with external vendors/consultants, service providers, institution and government agencies.

- Strong project management skills with experience in internal and external relationship management and team skills.

- Ensuring SLA delivery by all vendors, user satisfaction.

- Responsible for aligning IT Operations to business goals, understand user/client requirements and priorities, focus on future business needs after regular inputs from users.

- Responsible for - IT infrastructure, Helpdesk support, Data Centre Operations/desktop/server support, LAN/WAN support, Email/Internet support & Security, product security.

- Building Business Intelligence with data & tools for decision making.
