Qualification & Experience:
- B Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Communication)
- MBA-Marketing/PG Diploma in Management
- Relevant work experience of 15-20 years with telecom equipment selling experience. Should have handled team of Sales & Marketing Professional
Key Accountability:
- Generating leads by identifying potential markets in the respective territory/continent.
- Determine the demand for products and services and track progress to increase market share and profitability.
- Building awareness of the company by participating in trade shows, exhibitions and industry analyst relations may also be required
Desired Skills, Knowledge, Attitude:
- A key contributor to the marketing team, this individual needs a strong understanding of Sales and Marketing in the target global environment
- This position will work with all aspects of marketing including market research, product development, sales, and advertising.
- The ability to adapt to a wide variety of environments and cultures is necessary for this position.
- Leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills
- Understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM/Social and Display.
- A team player and can motivate employees on all levels.
- Frequent travel or living abroad is essential for this position.
