General Manager - Internal Audit - Manufacturing/Consulting

Our Client is a leading US MNC, HQ in Gurgaon

We are looking for Head Internal Audit ( Preferably a Women Candidate) from Consulting or Manufacturing company.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop framework of review & updation of SOP.

- SOP trainings.

- Compilation of quarterly compliance checklist & publishing reports.

- Coordination of Internal Audits & help process owner in MIP framing & finalization.

- Tracking timely closure of MIP.

- Co-ordinate with other dept. For SOP compliances.

- Internal Financial Control (IFC) documentation & testing.

- Advisory assignment - SAP SOD, Designing/re-engineering processes.

- Half yearly physical verification of reports.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

- 10-12 year in Big4 / MNC manufacturing company - Internal Audit / SoX function

- CA/CIA
