Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Domain Consulting, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects in the Consulting & Process Re-engineering for US & UK Insurance domain
- Propagating the use of the Process Excellence Techniques and Practices
- Managing global stakeholders and driving consulting strategy initiatives
- Providing solutions based on Industry best practices through detailed analysis
- Leading Consulting and Change Delivery projects ensure delivery of benefits
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a graduate with a total of over 12 years of experience in US & UK Insurance business and should have additional 2-5 years of Consulting experience in the same domain. Additionally, you will have hands on experience in process improvement techniques like Lean, Six Sigma.
- You will have a hands on leadership style and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
