General Manager - Infrastructure (13-25 yrs)

Looking for General Manager (Product Head-All India) for a leading interior infrastructure company in Kolkatta.

Our client is listed on BSE and NSE and has turnover of 3000cr. The company has seven state of the art manufacturing facilities across the country, manufacturing products of global standards. The company has more than 40 branches across the country and a strong channel network of over 14000 dealers, distributors, sub dealers and retailers.

Job Description:

Designation: General Manager (Product Head for all India)

Responsibilities:

- Identifying Source for procurements / Partners for Imports of product.

- All Imports related process to be setup & handled.

- Vendor Management & appointment for setting up of dealers and distributors

- Developing Business Strategies to drive enquiries/sales

- Generate demands from Specifiers & end-customers

- Market study for demands and new trends and Launch activity of new designs.

Desired Profile:

- Young dynamic person with at least 15 years of experience in Interior infrastructure/Chemicals & Adhesives/ building and construction material Companies/Industries.

- Age preferably 35 to 40 years.

- Looking forward to work in a start-up/ Green field project.

- Comfortable in re-locating to Kolkata.

Qualification: MBA

Job Location: Kolkatta

Reporting Structure:

Reporting to Country Head - Sales & Marketing

Reportees: Team will be set up once the project is functional or on need basis
