- Drive the Performance Management Process for employees to ensure recognition of talent within the system
- Ensure institution of Career & Succession Planning systems to ensure that right talent is developed and retained and that all critical positions are well planned.
- Ensure that effective talent acquisition policies are applied across Organisation to select right candidates within the timelines set out for the same with cost effectiveness.
- Drive the development of appropriate reward, recognition and benefit strategies to ensure high employee engagement levels within Organisation and also adhere to the target budget for the same.
- Be accountable for the implementation of efficient HR systems & Policies, statutory compliances and welfare initiatives so as to ensure resolution of legal obligations of the Organization.
- Contribute to crucial Organisation business decisions as an executive member of the Senior Leadership Team with respect to people related issues, information & resolution of critical issues pertaining to external customers.
- Drive competitive intelligence gathering studies to ensure design & implementation of best practices.
- Ensure effective internal communication initiatives within Organisation Units to improve information flow & exchange amongst all internal customers.
- Constantly provide support to Regional/ Unit HR team members & other Operational/ functional colleagues across Regions/ Units in terms of mentoring, direction & guidance from a functional perspective.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES :
Qualification and Experience :
Qualification: MBA/PG in HR with significant exposure to all specialist verticals
Experience : 14 - 18 years preferably in a professional Organisation/ MNC/ Service Industry
Knowledge :
Up to date knowledge of human resources issues, including significant employment law developments and current HR best practices.
Knowledge/ Very good understanding of all Employment legislations.
Knowledge of the Shops and Establishment Act and Companies Act.
Understanding of HR processes such as job evaluation, compensation philosophies, talent acquisition, competency mapping, and transactional HR processes.
