General Manager - Human Resources - Manufacturing

For one of our clients, a 20 year old organization which is into trading of building products and multi location manufacturing of varied products . It has operations in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka with plants at different locations.

Location: Hyderabad

Designation: General Manager - HR

Qualification: Post Graduate in Human Resources or equivalent

Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in HR. Should have worked in manufacturing sector, preferably handling multi location units. Should be working in Head Office for the past 5 years. Should be fluent in Telugu.

Responsibilities: Will be heading the HR department reporting to MD. Will be responsible for all the activities of the HR department from Recruitment to Retirement!
