ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY to have some IR experience.   ROLE : GENERAL MANAGER - Human Resources (Head)  Head HR will be responsible for driving the People Agenda of the company, mainly through robust policy formulation, strong employee relations, talent acquisition and learning & development.   Role will involve, but not limited to :  Corporate HR:   - Head - HR will work closely with MD & CEO to formulate an organizational development plan to support business strategy and growth. He / she will be responsible to work with management team to create clearly defined HR policies and procedures consistent with company goals and current trends in Human Resources management.   Talent Acquisition:   - He / she ill be required to create strong Employee Value Proposition to attract Best-in-Class talent. Incumbent will drive Hiring through various initiatives. He / she will develop a robust Talent Acquisition strategy which is aligned with all the business needs of the Group.   - He / she will lead the Campus Recruitment programs by identifying and acquiring talented and qualified professionals for the company.   Talent Management:  - Head HR will work closely with Leadership to chalk out a Talent Management program and implement the same   Compensation & Benefits:  - Oversee C&B at organization level.
