To formulate strategies to ensure effective transactional activities and to bring in HR transformation in the division  Duties & Responsibilities :   - Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; analysing, and recommending to organization in strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.  - Implementing human resources strategies by establishing team accountabilities, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, employee engagement, talent management, employee relations and retention enforcing organizational values  Enhancing Employee Satisfaction score :   - Building a High Performance Culture through continually evolving Performance Management systems   - Defining initiatives in Leadership Connect & Employee Communication resulting in clarity on Business Vision   - Enhancing learning culture in the organization  - Partner with business/functions towards preparing annual manpower plan and formulating annual manpower and HR overhead budget  - Ensuring implementation of HR programmes in Talent development, Talent Management and Employee Engagement areas effectively and objective of the programmes are achieved.   - Reviewing, designing, updating HR Policies & Procedures in H&Y and ensure effective implementation.   - Overseeing payroll activities and ensuring disbursement of monthly salaries in time   - Managing employee grievances in H&Y and Textiles  - Strengthening and enhancing HR Automation   - Facilitating normalization of performance rating, proposal of increment & PLP payout to the Management & ensuring implementation after approval.   - Ensuring implementation of PMS in H&Y and Textiles  Conducting annual review of compensation and benefits structure of the company and suitably modify the compensation structure, in line with the market practices for Retail.  - Drawing up specific Action plans for reduction in attrition Vs LY.  - Keeping a track of Manpower Budget Vs Actual and HR Overhead and ensuring the adherence of HR cost within the budget.   Neha  Segment Lead 8140220022
