Hiring for one of the leading Pharmaceutical company for the profile of General Manager HR in Hyderabad.
Objective :
- To ensure adherence and implementation of HR system within the facility for smooth functioning of plant operations.
Academic Background and Experience :
- Full time Master's or Post graduate diploma in HR/IR from premier institutes/Top B School
- Experience in manufacturing set up with hands on experience in talent acquisition and talent management, organization development, manpower planning.
- Well versed with labour laws and contract labour management
Job responsibilities :
- Oversee implementation of all HR & IR programs and practices.
- Monitor HR/IR issues at the factory level & provide solution to that in consultation with factory manager & ER Head.
- Interpret and implement policies and procedures in a consistent manner to ensure compliance with all appropriate local laws and regulations.
- Establish robust talent acquisition practices for attracting best talent for the organization.
- Oversee the requirement of the day to day manpower.
- Manpower planning with the respective functional heads to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Implement performance management system at factory level to ensure KRA setting for the year and check their alignment with organization objective.
- To identify L&D needs and it's delivery in discussion with various functional heads.
- To ensure identification and implementation of employee engagement programs with the objective to create learning environment within the facility.
- Present management reports in monthly meeting for ongoing progress of all HR/IR programs.
The candidate shall possess minimum 15 years of experience not below the rank of DGM/GM.
- Shall well versed in Talent Management, PMS, Talent Acquisition, possess leading & demonstrating skills of HR process to deliver performance improvement, Learning and development solutions.
- To provide HR strategy and shall have very good co-ordination with all Business heads for people strategy, career & succession planning and people development.
- Shall possess skills for redefining HR policies & practices. Well versed in OD initiatives etc
