Our client is a promoter driven company in the manufacturing industry with turnover of Rs 2200 crore and 1200 working working with them.   - They are looking for candidate with 15 to 20 years of experience in HR operations for North Region (Gurgaon)  - The role would encompass HR operations across employee life cycle and would cover Talent Acquisition :   - HR operations over life cycle (induction; PMS coordination; HR documentation on transfers, promotions; disciplinary issues; statutory issues; any employee-related HR escalations; and such)  Preferred candidate profile :  - MBA is a must - even if from a B-grade B School  - Age strictly between 35-&-40  - The compensation payable for this role would in the range of Rs 35-to-38 Lakhs fixed; plus variable compensation  - Guy has to be assertive
