Currently working on a GM- HR & IR role for a Security Solutions Company based in Hyderabad.

Will manage all areas of HR with specific exp into Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, Training & PMS. This is a South Head HR role managing :

- Strategize and align HR to dynamic business goals

- Compensation & benefits through automation projects

- Improved on HR communication to address employee issues

- Streamlined recruitment's to meet business goals

- PMS - KRA and goal setting and six monthly reviews

- Training need analysis and effective programs and monitoring ROI

- Leading HR operations for entire employee life cycle

- Streamlined and improved relations with unions
