Job Profile:

- To Support approx 7,000 employees from HR Agenda.

- Leading a team of HRBP (3-5 people)

- We are looking for a "Business HR Leader" who has the efficiency & capability of leading HR team and tremendous practical work experience in Human Capital to the organization at a next level.

- To support the business growth and strategy by building strategic organizational competencies.

- The ability to partner with business and HR leaders to develop strategies to enhance organizational capabilities to meet evolving business needs will be critical.

- Development of Talent Initiatives for unique needs in India and localization of corporate initiatives as needed.

- Designs and recommends reward systems and processes that attract, motivate and retain employees to the business.

- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

- Designing and conceptualizing key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization.

- Develop and implement performance management.

- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and operations in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication.

- Providing insight into people and organizational issues and skillfully handling of very complex employee relations issues.
