Position is GM HR
- Person must have exposure in Corporate as well as Plant HR
- Will be handling entire gamut of HR operations, HRBP and Plant HR
- Must have handled 1500 + employees base
- Provide leadership to team members in driving various HR initiatives planned for the cluster & meeting the objectives with reference to HR measures.
- Championing change management processes for any new HR processes to be implemented.
- Drive the performance management process for the business.
- Develop a retention strategy with an aim of engaging & retaining key talent.
- MBA (HR) from Premier B School only.
