Educational & Experience :
- 2 years full time MBA/ PGDM (specialization in HR) preferably from premium institutes like XLRI, TISS, SP Jain, Symbiosis etc. with minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Pharma, FMCG or Manufacturing Industry.
Main Purpose :
- Leading, designing, managing and implementing Human Resource Development initiatives for Company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop / take forward HR plans which incorporate goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.
- Provide support to the top management with respect to strategic decision-making and advice on important organizational issues.
- Improve the performance of the organisation with effective implementation of Performance Management System.
- Nurture healthy Organizational Climate, maintain harmonious employee relations in the organization and ensure timely redressal of employee grievances.
- Ensure that effective and appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place which meet statutory requirements and encourage pursuit of best practices.
- Undertake manpower planning & talent acquisition for various department and other SBUs.
- Designing and executing appropriate manpower development plan covering the entire spectrum of employees. Coach and mentor staff, as appropriate, to improve performance.
- Develop appropriate employment engagement activities to retain talent.
- Maintain healthy relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks to the organization's people property, goodwill, and image and take proactive measures to control risks.
- Provide effective services to various internal and external clients of the Group,Proactively meet the needs of the internal clients.
- Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
- Management of Contract Labour/ Manpower Outsourcing by complying with all statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the organisation.
