Responsibilities  1. Developing and directing the implementation of human resources policies, procedures and processes in support of the objectives of the organization. Advice in building and executing annual business-HR strategy & plan.  2. Designing strategic initiatives for staffing diverse talent for the organization and working as a business partner to the SL managers by providing end to end HR solutions & Designing and Implementing the Performance Appraisal process, review sessions and counseling sessions for the employees  3. Relationship building with the corporate resource centers, external consultants for fulfilling the manpower requirements and coordinating with background-check vendors to ensure timely delivery of reports and fulfilling the statutory requirements  4. Ensuring the smooth management of employee records. Conducting the on-boarding formalities and documentation for the new joiners   5. Handling employee issues and grievances independently and monitoring the activity from start to end. Planning & Organize and conduct employee engagement & retention activities and to take new initiatives in employee career planning  6. Potential to manage a team and also meet individual targets responsible for tracking & reporting key metrics designed to evaluate the efforts of the team.  7. .Ensure the implementation of all HR initiatives to ensure revenue generation & cost optimization for the business.  8. Ensure the demonstration of corporate values and ensure effective implementation, communication and advocacy of HR policies & initiatives across.  9. Address concerns related to performance management, policies, compensation, benefits or any other related issue for employees to ensure satisfaction and promote employee involvement.  10. Driving employee engagement activities on floors and in various shifts ensuring increase in motivation & commitment for all employees.  Required Background  1. Minimum 15 years of experience in HR and business partner role.  2. Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Able to get on with others and be a team-player  3. Proactive: Strong relationship management skills to develop a collaborative and close working relationship with service heads, employees and other stakeholders  4. Attitude: Tenacious, results-oriented, hands-on, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multi-task and set priorities, strong customer service focus, good team player, a mature and professional demeanor.
