Reporting to - VP HR
Location - Mumbai
Experience - Minimum 6-12 years of experience in HR
Education - MBA/ Post graduation in HR from a Premiere institute
Role -
This position will be based out of Corporate office in Mumbai will handle HR functions of around 2000 Sales and Marketing employees . The incumbent will be responsible for handling all HR activities including Recruitment of Sales Team, Induction, Performance Management, Training and development, Talent pool management, IR, Legal, Employee Engagement etc. This person will also be responsible for implementation of HR policies at Pan India Level.

Administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs in the area of benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management and organisational development.
Ensuring high Employee Engagement levels.
Devise and implement Employee Retention strategies to reduce employee turnover & enhance engagement.
Develop and monitor Annual HR budget.
Soft Skills - Persuasiveness, Influencing skills.
