Job description

Responsible for Strategic HR Management at Embee with a view to on boarding the right talent, increasing employee engagement leading to higher retention, Leadership pipeline development, reducing the attrition rate, High Potential management resulting in achieving of outcomes which will take the organization to the next level. Presently at around 275 Cr with a goal of achieving 500 Cr turnover by 2020.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Use network to tap passive talent

2. Experience and broad understanding of Technology will be preferable

3. 10 -12 yrs. experience of working in a mid-size IT company with a desire to the take the organization to the next level

4. Strategic planning with evidence of initiatives taken to achieve business outcomes like

- Employee engagement leading to higher Retention

- Talent Development Programme

- Leadership Development - identify and nurture next generation of Internal Home grown leaders

- Cultivating a Solution Selling culture

- Must have used new age recruitment tools, be a digital native and have strong social media presence

- Business sense with flair for it will help realize organizational outcomes.

- Strong in Change Management skills with minimum negative outcomes

Desired Skills and Experience

- 10 + years professional HR experience in a Mid-size companies in Technology and IT space.

- Age within 40 yrs

- Demonstrated experience in HR management of teams led by Senior Members from a different generational genre.

- Highly motivated, results oriented with strong execution skills.

- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, time management skills

- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimum supervision

- This profile requires atleast 40% of time being spent in travel.

- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Keen learner

- Digital native well versed in leveraging Social Media platform.
