Location : G. Noida

The position is a critical leadership one wherein the person will be directly responsible in managing the HR vertical effectively for the commercial HR business…A stable, astute and mature professional to handle management across levels and businesses independently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Management

- Complete Hiring Process (Both on roll and outsource resources) for the organization

- Head count Analysis, Budgeting, Costing and reporting, Functional Allocation Calendarised Hiring Plan , JD development, Position evaluation

Capability Building & Development

- Accountable for ensuring performance of Managers as per the PMS & participate in normalization of ratings for the business etc.

- Responsible for the HR Planning of the business / function to define succession and development plans

Training and Development

- Formulation & implementation of Training Policy for the organization

- Identify the training needs on the basis of gaps in skills/competencies and the business needs(Functional, Behavioral and business driven)

- Evaluation of Training Effectiveness & countermeasure plan for improving the same

Employee Engagement

- Support and implement various Engagement initiatives.

- Design and implement various rewards and recognition programmes and measure the effectiveness of these engagement initiatives

- Support in designing and implementing strategies for retention of talent.

1. The person should be capable for people development initiatives and building up of in-house capabilities.

2. Good interpersonal skills, who can influence the management locally and globally to bring changes….

3. Effective communication & Leadership skills in propagating departmental objectives within team.

4. Goal oriented, able to make decisions, independently and effectively implement across levels.

5. Confident self-starter with competitive drive, initiative, decisiveness and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions

6. Ability to work under pressure with a stable and long term stint with the company.
