General Manager - Hotel Sales (15-22 yrs)
Job Description:
- Strategise, plan, manage & execute overall destination sales, marketing and communications Budget, resource, revenue & pricing management
- Develop and implement sales Strategy of the Theme Park and Hotel Room Sales for achieving monthly targets.
- Sales revenue performance for tourism park, holiday packages, events, weddings and all tourism & hospitality businesses
- Destination and tourism/hospitality product branding, promotions and communications
- Distribution management - direct sales force, channel partnership sales, joint promotions, online sales, over-the-counter sales, regional sales offices and territorial / segment sales agencies
- Digital and online marketing
- Product packaging and product (experience) development
Desired skills:
15-25 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector or MICE / hotel sales
