Job opportunity based out of Gurgaon.

Qualification: B. Com, B Tech, Degree / Diploma in Sales & Operations
MBA (Desirable)
Job Description:
- Preferred experience of 15-20 years of which at least 5 years should have been in lead management role
- Have experience of working with the senior management to independently manage and be responsible for top line growth (Sales / Revenue) and bottom line profitability (P&L)
- Should have handled a regional or Pan India responsibility
- Worked in Indian / MNC companies well established management processes and practices.
Organizational:
- To ensure smooth and effective functioning of all SBU (Car Rental) operations and maintain the capability to meet the short term and long term Enterprise Level Goals, Targets as set out in the AOP and 3-5 year Strategic Business Plan
- Provide resource and organizational support to all customer segment (Long Term / BTS / Spot & Short Term /ETS / Specialized ) teams so that the Segment wise Sales Growth, Customer Service Level, Fleet Efficiency and Utilization, Revenue and Profitability targets are met as per the Annual Operating Plan
- To constantly monitor segment level industry indicators / trends with particulars focus on competition and customer, and develop strategies to maintain and grow the company's market share.
- Maintain a constant customer orientation and have the capability to constantly upgrade self and effectively mentor / lead the team
- To effectively lead Sales teams to Develop segment related policies including pricing and costing policies
- Design strategies to achieve the Sales & Business plan including promotion strategies
- Identify new markets / markets segments / marketing strategies / new products.
- To support the sales team to maintain liaison with key personnel at senior levels of customer organization and monitor the customers in terms of their business plan, purchase policy etc. and align MMSPL business strategy to service the customer.
- To ensure that all functional / segment team members perform as a team to meet and achieve all the operating and financial goals.
- Constantly identify internal bottlenecks & formulate customer friendly strategies to overcome them for profitable marketing of the company's owned and vendor fleet and achieve the profit plan of the company.
- To develop, align and maintain an effective, responsive, loyal, financially sound Vendor network for outsourced vehicles.
- Ensure compliance to all statutory provision.
- To Provide each segment / functional team member with clear and challenging goals, providing opportunities / resource to enable their achievement also ensuring their fair appraisal, reward and development
- Maintain Cost Control focus at an organization level and lead such initiatives
