Looking for Candidates who have worked with EXTREMELY REPUTED luxury home decor brands

Candidate must have good experience of dealing with Interior Designers, Architects, HNI Clients and other senior management people. (Someone who has traveled across the globe is preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS : Graduate and MBA

EXPERIENCE : 14-21 years in a reputed organization

APPROXIMATE AGE - 40 Yrs

JUSTIFICATION FOR RECRUITMENT: To professionally manage the retail operations.

Reporting to - Director

Expertise - Retail & franchisee operations, business development, setting up new businesses & distribution channel management.

Skills & Responsibilities:

- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners: discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Investigate business activity and industry trends and competition

- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial; evaluating options: resolving internal priorities.

- Develop negotiating strategies and position by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partner's needs and goals.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Network with small business people and investor in order to establish potential business ventures.

- Attend Networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings as well as any other assigned or recommended events.

- Maintain regular contacts to carry out programs and to explain specialized matters, or occasional contacts with officials at higher levels on matters requiring cooperation, explanation and persuasion.

- Responds to and handles unfamiliar situations with limited or no supervisory guidance.

- Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential.

- Makes recommendations or decisions as required.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Selling Franchisee and exploring new markets across India.

- Identify the potential Investors through various sources.

- Confident in handling HNI Clients and Elite class personnel.

- Should be confident with the team handling role to drive productive sales

- Managing profitably existing and new stores and accomplishing their sales budgets.

- Should be familiar with softwares associated with the running of retail stores and the backend support to stores
