General Manager/Head - Store & Material - Textile Manufacturing (10-20 yrs)
Key Accountabilities :
- Meeting Variable Cost as % to Revenue for Stores & Spares
- Cost Effective Sourcing through Vendor Development & Product Development / Price negotiations/Cost reduction initiatives.
- Purchase from A Grade Vendors & Vendor evaluation (Cost/Quality/Delivery)
- Building reliable Supply Chain for 100% OTIF and Zero quality rejections.
- Standardization of Products & Vendors Alignment.
- Vendor optimization.
- Keeping inventory with in norms No inventory more than 30 days.
- Adherence to Commercial policies and Company guidelines.
- Initiatives for Growth.
- Build Successful Teams.
- Standardization of Products & Vendors Alignment
Key Qualifications and Competencies :
- MBA with Material Management/ Supply Chain/ Operations
- Textile Industry exposure will be preferred.
- Core purchaser and hard negotiator
- SAP MM Module experience.
- Strong business acumen, planning and prioritization and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills especially in English.
- High level of integrity.
