Preparing JD and Job Posting for Portals, Social Media and External Sources

Effectively negotiate the offers of employment while ensuring Internal Parity and smooth transition for candidates into the company

Responsible for candidates joining formalities & also assisting the HR Department in conducting induction program for new joiners

Handled volume hiring; organized job fair; walk in drive and conducting interviews for various zones and regions.
