General Manager/Head - Marketing - Mall (10-18 yrs)

Key Characteristics :

- Drives the marketing strategy and revenue maximization efforts for the Centre through client sponsored events, internal events, selling of signage's and other revenue generating initiatives.

- Implementation of the advertising, branding and public relations strategy in order to increase consumption/ footfalls and enhance trading density.

- Develop a desired market positioning for the Centre and drive all branding/ promotional activities around it in order to increase footfalls and enhance consumption

- Draw out specific plans for conducting mall and client sponsored events, revenue maximization initiatives, putting up signages, ensuring good media mileage etc. in line with the overall marketing strategy

- Formulate the marketing calendar for the year in terms of the events, marketing initiatives, branding and promotional activities

- Work with the creative agency to formulate and finalize various creative assignments for the mall.

- Good connect with PR & Event Industries. Also monitor the performance of the various agencies involved

- Exposure to VM, D-cor, look of the Centre in terms of the facade hoardings, signages etc

- Exposure to digital marketing, social media to enhance visibility, customer database and consumption at the centre.

- Exposure to Art & Art related events

- Formulate the annual marketing budget on detailed revenue and expense projections

- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure revenue and expenses are kept within established boundaries

Qualification & Experience : An MBA with around 10-13 years of experience with good exposure to luxury brand marketing, exposure to high profile events.

Ensure revenue maximization through effective marketing initiatives

- Number of client sponsored events conducted per month/ quarter against plan

- Increase in number of clients for signages

- Increase in revenue through competitive pricing

- Number of new initiatives conceptualized and implemented

- Number of HNI / equivalent events

Supervise the execution of mall events

- Adherence to events calendar (yearly/ quarterly/ monthly

- Increase in consumption on the day of events

- Number of signature event for the Centre

Ensure effective advertising / branding and PR interventions

- Increase in the no. of hits on the mall's website

- Instances of positive media mileage

- PR-related incidents recorded and resolved in a timely manner and as per pre-defined procedures Manage annual planning and budgeting for Marketing

- Deviation (%) from the finalized and approved Marketing budget

- Adherence to the events budget for the year/ quarter/ month

Use of Digital Medium Use of SEO (Service Engin Optimization)

No of fans / followers on various social media
