About our Client - Our client is a niche product and service provider to the metal industry. One of the fastest growing organizations in India, they are looking to institutionalize HR for the company and are looking to hire an HR Leader to manage Pan India operations for a wide range of employees across Sales, After Sales service, Services, R&D and Manufacturing.

Job Description - Reporting into the Director, India Operations, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and Managing the HR function end to end.

- Develop HR strategies and work with Directors, General Manager, Heads of Department to achieve business plan.

- Oversee the execution of HR systems and procedures for Pan India business.

- Lead HR team to provide guidance and support on full range of HR activities.

- Implement employee welfare programs to ensure employees, well-being and work life balance.

- Develop and implement plans for Talent Development, with particular focus on Career Management and Successor Planning.

- Lead Recruitment and Selection while putting a robust recruitment model in place Ensuring new employees Induction.

- Advise on guidelines and market practice for all Compensation and Benefits matters.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will come with 10-15 years of experience as an HR Generalist. If you have lead the HR function for an organization (non service sector), this will be an added advantage.

- We are looking for candidate strong on managing a wide range of employees - sales, corporate, R&D and after sales service. Candidates from Manufacturing - Pharma, Chemicals, Auto etc. only will be considered for this opportunity.
