General Manager - FMCG Sales ( New FMCG Products & Technologies ) @ Mumbai, India  Our client is a leading FMCG distributor and they need to fill the following position asap.  Position : General Manager - FMCG Sales ( New FMCG Products & Technologies )  Education : Engg/ MBA/ PG Diploma in Business Management  Experience : 14 - 17 Years of FMCG sales & marketing experience and exposure to launching new FMCG products and introducing new production technologies.  Location : Mumbai  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Candidate must have sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing function for New & Upcoming Products ( both National & International ).  - His understanding of new & upcoming Technologies to manufacture FMCG products must enable him to enter into a Partnership / Collaboration to make / launch new & upcoming FMCG products in India through a well defined distribution network.   - A Techno-Commercial professional with excellent communication skills as well as great skills in negotiations, having loads of patience to listen and have the confidence to succeed in a competitive environment.   - He should have good command over market intelligence to introduce new FMCG products and new production technologies.  - He should have perseverance to endure and the will to overcome all odds, come whatever the situation. One must be excellent in people relations & capable to lead a team impartially. He must be fair to all with an eye for detail. The position requires travelling ( minimum 15 days monthly ).   - The Person must be a graduate with a post graduate degree / diploma in Business Management from a premium institute with 14 - 17 years experience in Sales & Marketing domain ( preferable from an FMCG organization ).   -This position is based at Mumbai.
