Job Description

Ensure compliance with Company's policies, internal control, procedure and applicable laws and regulations

Auditing, Fund flow, Cash flow, Working Capital Management

Budgeting, MIS, Finalization of Accounts as per companies and Income tax act.

Liaison with Banks

Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms.

Monthly Analysis and clarification of the deviation report

Preparation of monthly MIS

Handling the complete planning & management of internal, statutory and external audits.

Handling preparation and filling of returns of VAT, Excise, TDS and Service tax.

Online payment of TDS, Service tax, Excise and VAT.

Preparing periodical cash flow, fund flow related statements for Monthly Sales,

Functional Area: Accounts, Finance, Tax, Company Secretary, Audit

Candidate must be a qualified charted accountant with 10+ years of post qualification experience
