General Manager - Finance - CA - Pharma (16-25 yrs)
The opening is for world's leading pharmaceutical company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing Capital Expenditure / Project Proposals
- Monitoring Project implementation
- Arranging need based Term Finance / Overseas Finance for CPL and its Group Companies
- Analyzing / assessing M&A, JV proposals and participating in negotiation etc.
- MIS Analysis / Budgeting / Costing and Cost Reduction Proposals.
- Assist in improving the Financial Fundamentals of the Company / Group Companies and thereby improving Credit Ratings.
- Trouble Shooting: Evaluating Business Models, Analysis of performance of Overseas Subsidiaries, improving current system and procedures etc.
- Coordination with Consultants for improving Financial and deciding future strategies.
- Any other need based assignment, to be assigned from time to time.
Note:
- Qualification desired is CA
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sector is preferred.
