General Manager - Finance - CA - Internet/Online (9-12 yrs)

Scope & purpose: To lead Finance and Accounts function of Online Business.
An indicative (and not limited to) description of responsibilities and suitable candidate profile:
- Business analysis and competitive benchmarking
- Strategic and financial planning & execution of operations.
- Financial analysis and reporting for achieving operational efficiency through cost optimization, target setting and benchmarking.
- Set up business processes and look for continuous improvement in existing business processes.
- Market analysis & business intelligence.
- Finalization of books as per Indian GAAP.
- Audit & other statutory compliances.
- Receivable management
- Establishing an effective means to communicate across
- Maximizing operational efficiencies to provide the highest results
- Ensuring compliance
- Management reporting
Candidate Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following required and desired credentials, experience, skills, and attributes:
Desired Experience:
- Around 10 years of post qualification (CA - Chartered Accountancy) experience.
- Should be familiar with and must have prior experience in areas of responsibility listed above
- FP&A, Budgeting, knowledge of banking, procurement management etc
- Preferably working with or having worked with online business.
