Urgent Opening for Chennai - General Manager - Finance & Accounting (US Process) with 12+ years in end to end F&A.

Commerce Graduate, CA/ICWAI will be preferred

Experience- 12+ years

Work Experience Required :

Handled team of minimum 100+, with experience of all towers of F&A - AP/AR/GL/Collections/Payroll/Tax

Should have worked in BPO and handled Finance Operations for minimum of 7-8 yeas

Overseas Transition

ERP knowledge - SAP/Oracle/Great Plains/JD Edwards

Should possess knowledge of Tools available in market which will enhance productivity

Effective communication

Presentation Skills - Power Point

Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt- will be an added advantage

Valid US Visa - is an Added advantage but not essential

Flexible to work in US Shift
