Role & Responsibilities

Devising, Designing & Implementing Financial Positioning & Strategies which will assist the Corporate to take decisions Financial & Business Decisions - Long Term & Short Term.

Key Result Areas

1. Financial Accounting, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account

2. Audit - Periodical, VAT Audit, Internal & Tax

3. Foreign Exchange, Transfer Pricing, IFRC, Currency Movement & Hedging, Foreign Currency Risk Analysis & Management

4. ROC Gap Analysis

5. Taxation - Direct & Indirect

6. Statutory Compliance

7. Treasury, Banking, Financial Institution & Fund Flow Management, Budgeting etc

8. Salaries & Compensation Management

9. MIS - Analysis & Reporting

10. Any Other Finance related activity

This position will suit MBA - Finance & or Chartered Accountants with 10 to 12 years of post academic experience in good multinational company.

Compensation will commensurate with academics & experience of the selected incumbent
