General Manager - Fashion Retail/Footwear

We have been retained by a Multi Billion Dollar Retail client based at Dubai, UAE and are looking out for a person to head one of their International Footwear Brand.

The Group is a global fashion and lifestyle brand conglomerate residing on the crossroads of a modern economy - Dubai, UAE. It has over 50 International Brands with it. Today the group caters to thousands of eager shoppers through its 900 & more stores, employing over 8000 multi cultural staff in over 4 continents. They are under a huge expansion plan.

Ideal candidate should be a MBA with at least 15 years experience in the Fashion Retail Industry working with International Footwear brands in the similar capacity.

- The person should have managed P& L, Operations, Marketing & Branding, etc for leading International Footwear Brands.

- The person would be responsible for running overall operations for the Brand.

- Middle East experience is a must. UAE experience is an added advantage.
