Urgent Opening for a leading Paper Mill in Himachal Pradesh   Position - General Manager Engineering and Projects  Qualification - B.Tech / B.E  Experience - 15 to 20 years  Salary - Best in Industry   Job Location - Sirmaur (Himachal Pradesh)  Job Description  Planning and implementing preventive Operation and Maintenance schedule to increase plant up-time /reliability.  Reviewing day to day Operation and Maintenance Activities of the plant.  Leading the team of technical staff & providing technical support for maintenance to ensure smooth operation especially during the production ramp up period.  Operation & Maintenance of Paper Machine and its associated machines, hydraulic pumps, centrifugal pumps, maintenance of Driers & Boilers etc of Paper Industry.  Undertaking breakdown analysis and Root cause analysis.  Handling utility maintenance, erection and commissioning activities  Spare parts management and controlling the inventory management.  This person will supervise a group (or groups) engaged in a variety of activities within the   Operations, Maintenance and Projects This person will direct the resolution of technical & logistical problems, as well as the Introduction of measures to improve Operations, Maintenance and Projects  Plan, establish schedules, and assign work while considering requirements & priorities.  Paper Mill, Rolling Mill, experience, boiler plant, solvent recovery plant based manufacturing knowledge preferred.  Candidates who are willing to relocate can apply.  Interested candidates can apply and call at 0120-4325957.
