Hiring: General Manager- Engineering (Operation) for leading Manufacturing firm into Industrial Val  Summary :  - This leadership role involve the planning, direction, and coordination of the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products and repairs in accordance with production, cost, quality and safety.  - Responsible to the Top Management, the General Manager will be a strong leader who can plan, direct, oversee, supervise and manage and his operational area of responsibility, ensuring that operations run effectively, efficiently and according to company policy.  Essential Functions And Responsibilities :   - Lead the development of company standards, procedures and systems, ensuring best practice techniques in line with business requirements. Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.  - Co-ordination of ASME, PED, ISO activities, documentation & rising corrective actions request through internal audit, handling all certifications.  - To be technical lead in innovation and new products  - To be solving major technical and commercial query of production, sales, purchase, technical support to maintain a motion in path of progressive-way  - Represent company in relevant organisations  - To support future expansion plans of the company  - Work directly with the clients  - Supervise other managers and staff  - Ensure that all subordinate staff are briefed and observe the requirements of relevant Certifications and client requirements.  Education : BE / ME  Skills & Abilities :   - Leadership ability  - Team building skills  - Work independently without direct supervision  - Problem solving and conflict management skills  - To work amicably with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff as well as with employees/workers  Language : Fluency in English is must will communicating with Customers.  Ms Office : Should be well versed with Power Point and Excel Office.
