Job description
- Effective handling of all IR, Personal, HR administrative activities.
- Mandatory Handling of Unions with unionized workmen.
- Effective liaisoning with Government officials/ bodies.
- Handling the wage agreements ( Contract workers Workers wage agreements ).
- Coordinating the pay roll time office functions.
- Effective handling of contract labourers.
- Handling of disciplinary proceeds effectively.
- Attending Labour Courts and other Industrial Tribunals for various labour issues.
- Co-ordinate the welfare safety measures from time to time.
