- Strategize and define the Employability & Post Employment support process and policies in-line with the set standards.
- Planning, forecasting and validating the Employability needs and mapping it with the internal requirement Client requirement & Skilled available talent pool.
- Prepare, update and Standardize the version controlled forms and templates used for Employability and maintaining the repository of the same. This includes Application forms, Feedback forms, CV writing forms, Database templates, JDs.
- Identifying Job opportunities with Corporate & Govt. and placing the Skilled Candidates.
- Interacting with corporates for employment / placement of Skilled Talent Pool
- Overall responsibility of the internal automated tool - E - portal for raising requirements, tracking referrals, Employability activities etc.
- Creating visibility and promoting recruitment activities through social media which primarily includes Facebook, Twitter and Glassdoor.
- Overall tracking of the Employability data and sharing weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports on the same with the management.
- Post Employability Support to the placed Candidates
