The key responsibilities:   - Develop a Group Distribution Center network strategy that supports strategic and operational business objectives, meets Distribution Center network capacity requirements and enables growth across all channels.  - Create and implement a business model that supports efficiency improvement across Group Distribution Center network functions.  - Lead the Distribution Center network across the Group, including relevant online fulfillment opportunities  - Lead the compliance, procurement and process management functions across Group Supply Chain, ensuring adherence to agreed standards  - Lead operational efficiency reviews across all aspects of the Distribution Center network  - Implement efficiency to increase business performance in the areas of operational network, compliance, process and online fulfillment  - Ensure supply chain operations, process and systems are consistent with legislative requirements  - Analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement  - Analyse, priorities and lead projects to develop the Group Supply Chain functions  - Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders for the delivery of Group Supply Chain functions  - Complete Performance Plans and Personal Development Plans for all direct reports  - Develop and maintain effective succession plan to meet future needs of the business
