General Manager/DGM - Human Resources - Manufacturing

Looking for a DGM / GM HR heading the HR function for a Multinational company based out in Gujarat.

The Incumbent would be responsible for setting up complete HR function, HR policies and should have strong expertise in Compensation Benchmarking, PMS and Plant HR. This is Corporate HR Generalist HR.

Job Summary / Scope of work

This position is responsible to head the HR function. Support the leadership team in defining the HR road map for the organization; specifying and documenting corporate level strategies; provide support in implementation.

Forecasting Human Resource Requirements; execute best practices in HR; thinking beyond day to day operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Provide strategic inputs to strategise appropriate HR Policies across the Indian Operations ; Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the senior management; Research best practices to enable best design of HR policies; Play a central role, in conjunction with the other Functional heads in forward planning and strategy; Benchmark and rationalize terms of employment, compensation and benefits.
