Roles & Responsibilities:
To generate revenue for Mumbai market through Prime Time, Non-Prime Time utilization via corporate clients and agencies, delta clients, content integration and show sponsorships
To achieve ER optimization
To achieve revenue from focus markets Hyd, Nagpur, Lucknow, Jaipur, Chennai and Coimb
To attain higher market share by entering into non monetary tie-ups with the potential clients
To forecast monthly sales & set performance standard goals for the team by reviewing market trends & competitors- activities.
To ensure that the collections are met on timely basis by constantly following up with the clients.
To ensure that the assigned targets are achieved by the team by constantly monitoring their performance and providing them with necessary training & development to improve sales skills.
