Talent Acquisition
- Strategic Manpower Planning through Business
- Designing process/ Policies for recruitment, norms for various retail operations for the brands- flagship brands & Job design for all new employees and assignment of Key Result Areas, designing policies for job rotation, job enrichment
Performance Management System
- Major revamping of the existing policies of Performance management system through benchmarking studies on PMS across various GROUP Companies and implementation of EPMS process across the Company.
- Conducting PMS workshop for the employees.
- Counseling the Appraise & the Appraiser
- Framing of policies with regard to Performance linked pay & coordinating the same.
- Involved in designing & implementation of the “Performance linked Pay” for the Frontline
Training & Development
- Identifying high potential employees & designed & facilitated focused Retail training Programs for higher Business Performance..
- Post training Evaluation( Impressions, On the job Performance, Creating Specialist)
- Alighning Business & Organisational needs & have created Pipeline for critical roles.
Talent Management
- Retail/ Sales Productivity study
- Identifying Hi Pots/ Performers & required interventions designed at Business/ HR level.
- Creating Profitability Trends
Engagement Initiatives/ Employee Championing
- Building Innovative online Software to capture Pulse of the Retail formats/ various channels to understand trends & capture the engagement level.
- Employee Perceptive Study/ Analysis.
- Introduction of the Concept of “Theatre in Management”.
- Introduction of the concept of E Samadhan “Online Grievance Mechanism”
- Employee satisfaction Surveys
- Editor of the regional quarterly magazine
